Doomsday Preppers Real Estate Washington State

My name is Janeece Smith, and I am a professional real estate agent. I do not take the title lightly, nor should anyone to whom service and dedication is important. I pride myself in having a strong work ethic, and I realize that nothing worthwhile comes without effort. I will work for you. Buying or selling real estate requires more then just advertising the property. I will walk the property lines and be familiar with the property itself. I will do my best to stay on top of the closing process to complete the transfer as soon and efficiently as possible.

I moved to Goldendale in the fall of 2004 to help my Aunt who lived here. I met Joe Johnson at his shop, Goldendale Exhaust on Broadway street here in town. So if you need mechanical work on your vehicles, stop by and see him, he would be glad to help you.  Joe has a boy named Robbie who loves his 4-wheeler! We got Married on Dec 15, 2012 after 8 years! We have a baby girl named Jewell who was born Easter Sunday 04/8/2012!

Our hobbies are skiing, snowmobiling, 4X4 ing, camping, fishing, horseback riding, boating, car cruises and many other things related to the outdoors.

My opinion of Doomsday preppers is this.

I do not think they are Crazy first and foremost. I beleive they have some weight behind their feelings and I to do beleive the day may come where i, myself and my family will have to live and support ourselfs with food, power, security and supplies due to goverment services and plainly put grocery stores and such are not avalible.

Thank you Klickitat County For the opportunity to serve you. These Stats include all Real Estate Sales Agents and Brokers via Regional Multiple Listing Service(RMLS). These stats are Klickitat County wide!
  • 2007 #1 for Total Volume Sold for Land,  Land Transactions Completed, Overall # of Transactions Completed
  • 2008 # 1 For Total Transactions Completed,  # of Sold sides, Land & Homes.
  • 2009 # 1 For Total Transactions Completed, Land & Homes, # of total Sold sides
  • 2010 #2 for total units, and that was because I had sold to much land for client who refused to let me close on a property until after the 1st of jan 2011 which would have add 2 more units and made me No 1 for 2010 units sold. Nothing to be ashamed of there!
  • 2011  took some time for myself but still sold approx 700 acres in Klickitat County! No # 3 for Total Volume sold,  No # 2 in total units sold.
  • 2012 No 1 Klickitat County Land Sales Broker via RMLS Stats by 10 units and Over $ 600,000!

Klickitat Valley Realty, Inc has hired a Buyers Broker;

Bob Harvey; I moved to Klickitat county over a decade ago when I was still in school. My Dad and Step Dad both were very involved in real estate sales, one as a Real Estate Broker for over 35 years and one as a Property Developer for over 50 years. Much of my child hood was spent listening to shop talk from their businesses and helping my Step Dad improve property.

When we moved  to Goldendale Washington in 2002, I quickly changed from waterfowl hunting to big game and soon after shot my first buck on Box Springs road on the way to Cleveland/Bickleton WA on the East end of the county. All through High School and there after I learned Klickitat county from one side to the other by looking for new places to hunt and fish. All the wile I worked construction and did a different trade each year like Concrete, Framing, Heating and Air, Siding, Roofing, and Plumbing.

After graduation I moved to Arizona and worked for my Dad at his office in 2008 but decided  the sweltering heat of a Arizona summer or cactus riddled hills wasn’t for me. More so after living in Klickitat County Washington with a average temperature of 70 deg…I abruptly moved back to Goldendale to resume working construction and enjoying the great outdoors of Klickitat County Washington.

When the next winter hit i decided to change my direction in life and joined the United States Marine corps. I served 3 years over seas in Okinawa, Japan, South Korea, and Afghanistan to mention a few. I then moved back to the United States and spent a year in California. While serving in the the Marines corps. I specialized in utilities work and more specifically in water purification, storage and distribution.

At the end of the 4th year in the core i decided to get out at the rank of Sargent and return home to Klickitat County Washington and got my Real Estate Licence so I could work with my cousin Janeece Smith who is the number one land sales agent in the county.
